Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in marketing, branding, or a related role
  • Experience in a managerial Marketing position at least 3 years
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team of marketing professionals.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust branding strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful execution of branding initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Plan and manage a calendar of events, including conferences, webinars, and community events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conduct market research, and analyze customer behavior to inform branding and marketing strategies.
  • Manage and monitor the company’s brand positioning, including brand messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations for enhancing the company’s brand strategies.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing, applying innovative approaches to elevate the company’s brand presence.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support branding efforts and manage relationships effectively.
  • Provide regular reporting and presentations on the performance of branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and market trends to senior management.
