Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3-5 year experience in the accounting field.
- Ability to analyze financial statements/schedules and write commentary to explain results/variances in a concise and clear manner.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis, including cost analysis and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries relating to amortization, depreciation, accruals, and a variety of other information to ensure that all entries align with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Prepare Balance sheet reconcile to ensure that all entries are accurate and that transactions are reported in accordance with accounting standards and government regulations.
- Assisting Accounting Manager for preparing the financial statements.
- Coordinate and support the internal and external auditor in conducting internal and external audits.
- Fixed asset management.
- Set up material master data into the systems and ensure that all master data is accurate and on time.
- Process invoice, billing and receipt for revenue function.
- Prepare monthly tax reconcile and tax submission to related regulators.
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
